YouVivid offer free services to make, save, and share video online. We charge a service fee when download as video file. The download fee is different for each template you use to make video. In the template selecting page, move mouse cusor to the template thumbnail and the price is shown up.

You can hoose a suitable template to edit by uploading photos and editing texts. You may upload your favorite mp3 to use in your video. Soon you can easily make a stunning video to wow your guests.

Login first, click [Account] > [My Video] link at upper right corner to view your video listing. Click on [Edit] link at right side to modify it

We suggest to upload photo with dimension around 1500x1500 for best result. But NO bigger than 4000X4000. Supportd file format is JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg).

When you select photos to upload in file dialog window, please hold [Control] or [Shift] key pressed.

YouVivid supports multilanguage fonts including English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

Please login your acount and then click on "My Account > My Uploaded File" in upper right corner, You may select any photo or music files to delete there.

You may adjust the video playback speed by changing background music and checking [Adjust video length to match music length] checkbox. This will automatically speed up or slow down the video playback speed to match the background mucic length.

YouVivid offer 2 video formats for choosing to download:
(1)wmv: You may play it with Windows Media Player only.
(2)MP4: You may play it with all major video players, or share it by any social network.
Both video format is editable with video editing software, and can be used to burn DVD.

You are required to login in order to change background music. In video editing page, Click on the first music frame of the horizontal frame bar to access the music changing panel.

(1) When you finish editing and save the video, you may click [Account] > [My Video] link at the upper right corner to list your videos. And then click on [Download] link among the list to go to Download Page. Or when you are in the editing page, click [Next] button at the lower right corner to save video and then click [Next] buttn again to go to Download Page.
(2) In the Download Page, select video options, enter your email, and then click on [Place Order] button to pay online with credit card.

The download fee is different for each template you use to make video. In the template selecting page, move mouse cusor to the template thumbnail and the price is shown up.

After payment, it takes around 15 to 60 minuts to convert your video file. You can then query the processing status and download video file by clicking [My account]>[Send & Transaction record] at upper right corner. YouVivid also send an notification email with the video download link to the mailbox you entered.

You have one extra free chance to modify and download video again in 7 days after payment. After that, it will charge a modification fee start at 2 USD. If you modify more than 2 frames, for each additional modification it will charge 1 USD per frame. However the modification fee won't exceed your original payment for downloading. We recommend you to preview your video online and confirm everything is done before download to prevent additional cost.

It means you have 10 times to download the video, just in case you may fail to download video due to networking problem.

In My Videos page, click [Free share online] link at right side to start. However there is limitations for the video sharing:
- Online sharing video can only be viewed by using desktop computer with flash player installed.
- Due to copyright issue, default background music auto applied when shareing online.
- For viewing and sharing the video on mobile phones or tablet devices, please pay to download video file.

In My Videos page, set sharing option to 'Privte only' or 'Not allow access'

You don't have to register to use YouVivid services including making and previewing video online. However if you register, your video work and uploaded files are preserved in your account. Then you can modify and reuse your preserved assets in the future. Besides, if you need to change background music by uploading MP3, you are required to login first. YouVivid registration is totally free of charge. If you enjoy YouVivid service, we suggest you to register membership. If you already have Facebook or Yahoo ID, you may directly login and activate YouVivid membership with your Facebook or Yahoo ID.

If you forget your password, please click [Resend password] link in login page. If you forget your account email, please contact us for help.

Login first, then click [Account] > [Edit Account Info] link at upper right corner. Then Click [Accouint Info] tab to view and modify your info.

You may access Account management by clicking [Account] link in upper right corner
1.Transaction record: Query the status for downloading video.
2.Edit Account Profile: Modify your profile info.
3.My Video: List and manage all videos you make.
4.My Uploaded File: List and manage the files you upload.
5.My Favorite Template: List and manage your favorite templates.

When preview template in the template selecting page, click on [Add to my favorite] link below the preview window.
